I am thinking of buying a house, but it needs to be seriously altered to fit our needs. We are looking for someone who can provide us is with great ideas on how to alter the house to our needs. We want to have this in a 3d model so we can see the changes. We need: 1. (at least) 4 spacious bedrooms (total) on the first and second floor (not on the ground level!!) 2. a large, spacious and wide garden view livingroom(the garden is at the back of the property) 3. a small office(in the house) on the ground floor. 4. one bathroom on the first floor 5. A fireplace in the livingroom. 6. A small garage like storeroom to fit our bikes and other stuff (this could be at the front of the property but may not cloud our view) We want: 1. Good light in all rooms 2. to alter, but not spend as little money as possible We can: 1. Remove or place walls 2. Add windows 3. Add some extra space to the building by building some more. Issues: 1. The property has been expanded twice and we do not know what are structural walls 2. We want a wide and spacious livingroom with a garden view. we do not see the solution to that as of yet 3. We do not know how the plumbing has been done 4. I think we may need to keep the staircase where it is because of structural issues. 5. We do not want to build further then where the house (at the back) ends now. so we keep the garden the size it is now.
