ENGINEERING REQUIRED. We are a home building company based in the US that builds about 300 homes per year. We are looking for someone that is able to take a subdivision layout and engineer the water, sewer and storm drainage along with road cut sheets that are appropriate. We are looking for someone to do cost effective engineered plan and also look at ways to incorporate “low impact design” into our subdivisions. Please submit your qualifications for this project as well as an example of a residential subdivision you have previously engineered. We have full surveys, topo, wetlands and locations of existing sewer and water.
