The process to create the link between AutoCAD and Excel is not very difficult and could be setup in now time at all. I will have to guide you step by step how to create this link from Excel, as it requires you to save information on your C: drive. Hello, I have been already doing almost the same thing for the company in which I was interning last year. At first I was developing plugins in VBA. Plugins were used for exporting attributes and properties of objects (blocks) to excel and xml so they could be easily modified outside and then imported back to AutoCAD. Plugins for automatically plotting larger number of AutoCAD sheets (layouts) to pdf and to different printers with just few clicks. VBA showed not to be so good solution for making plugins becouse it is slow and many problems can come out like slower performance of AutoCAD. Instead of VBA I suggest using .NET and making plugin packed in .dll file which could be easily imported to AutoCAD. Hi, I have written macro for you, which extracts values from columns C, D and E from xlsx file, and then calculates values in columns H to S (if you want I can also read these values from xlsx file). Then, macro draws boxes and donuts. I can deliver this macro to you immediately, unlocked, without password protection. Everything will be opened for you to change as you want. Macro is written in VBA, for AutoCAD 2013. Which version do you have? If you have older version it will be fine, but if you have 2014 or 2015 I will have to write a new macro since it is not compatible. If you want to automate printing, you will have to be more specific about that. What would be the scale, portrait/landscape...
