URGENT Simple ASP.NET VB CMS (No Frameworks, No Libraries) Pure VB and ADO.NET

We need a simple CMS, Database is designed, we require NO AESTHETICS/CSS at all, just simple .NET Controls with validation against database field sizes and Null checks. There will be a simple forms authentication login page with the users stored in the database. The Table structure is included in the form of an SQL Script.
