Website Problem - Umbraco-CMS-Expert/ IIS + Plesk + ASP.NET

Dear Freelancers, we are searching for an umbraco-expert who has experience with IIS implementation and plesk and especially with ASP.NET. We need to get umbraco running on our virtual server. The IIS configuration has been done so far and the setup worked, but there is trouble with the system itself. We can not open the [login to view URL] folder to get to the adminpanel (error 404.17). It is probably a problem with the [login to view URL] or with the server itself. We need to get this working before the weekend. As this is very urgent we have the requirement of immediate response.
