A CV Writer - researching accomplishments

I have been so focused on other types of documentation and teaching over the years since I completed my PhD in 2011 and was not planning to seek an position in a university, that I have entirely neglected writing a CV since I graduated in 2011. I have had several offers to publish more books (since Teaching AI: Exploring New Frontiers in Learning in 2018, and translated into Arabic and Chinese since) or partner with an international organization recently and they have asked for a CV. I was also nominated twice for the Global Teacher Prize and didn’t fill out the form either of the last two years because of the time it would take me to compile write my CV to submit the application; time that I could not dedicate to focus on myself. I received a third nomination this year. Even though I am not currently seeking new employment, I figured it is probably time for me to have a current CV since completing my PhD in 2011. Although I am confident I could write a CV, my challenge is more the time commitment in pulling everything together as I’ve been working 100 hour work weeks during COVID. I have spoken internationally and nationally at conferences prior to COVID (and still digitally this year) but have not kept a record of all of them, and the talk titles in one place. I have many of them logged in the Microsoft MVP Award category, but not in a format ready for CV, and those are only Microsoft specific content. I already spent several hours tonight searching the internet to recall more of them. I realized that by typing my name in a google search, I found more than I realized that was out there about me including book reviews and a bit more reach than I realized, and quicker access to public record of conferences and awards, podcasts, and articles I forgot about. It's not an enormous amount by any means, but for example by the end of January last year, I'd already done 12 talks at conferences. I rarely repeat content. I make them specific to the location or organization that asks me to speak. I’ve had articles published in Croatia and Taiwan, and my 2018 book translated into Arabic and Chinese, and spoke for Atea in London last year and BETT London the year before, and Taiwan before that. I’m not sure how much should be included in the CV and international references (or the best way to compile those). My question is whether any of your CV services have the capability of someone helping me pull together those public online sources/records and compile them into the CV or if I would need to provide everything formatted already and your company would provide revisions? I'm ideally looking for someone to assist in also gathering the information as well. Applying for an award has not been important enough to me to build a CV. However, an advisor just recommended that I take the time because of the chance it could have to reach more change for children with a different platform and broader audience. That was what persuaded me to reconsider - and for that, I need a CV.
