Decision making simulation platform in Articulate

We design simulations to teach people about decision making, leadership and management. We need an experienced Articulate user to build a platform that will enable us to rapidly populate a simulation with decision scenarios, decision options, and feedback in branching scenarios. Every decision must be recorded as a variable, and each will affect various KPIs held as variables, allowing numeric as well as text feedback to be given, and business results to be seen from the process. We have an excel model, fully working, that shows the process, but it is not suitable for distribution. We also have an iPhone app that shows acceptable look and feel, but it is built on a platform that is not commercially viable for us. We need: 1. Decision pages with 3-5 tabs for decision options 2. Feedback pages that give text feedback based on the decisions made as well as numeric values and graphs 3. Dashboard that shows the current state of all KPIs to the user 4. A designer interface that allows the designer to easily enter, view, and edit text, variables, and formulae 5. A design that is easily exported for translation 6. A design that allows a set of pages to be copied and edited to extend the simulation, without tedious re-naming of text boxes or variables by hand 7. The ability to copy whole simulations of our own creation and edit the content, so that it is re-purposed for other learning outcomes or re-badged for other clients. 8. The ability to track user progress, to know who has started, reached milestones, or finished the exercise via SCORM or other reporting when many users do the same exercise
