Role purpose: Manage Marketing Communications in India and be an active member in our Asia-Pacific Marketing team. To apply & follow-through with digital and physical events & campaigns to generate and manage new leads and develop them together with sales to gain revenue. To Implement client-driven marketing content for the distinct stages of the customer’s journey (& funnel) & create engagement, usage, and conversion applying quality content with leads and existing customers. Drive improvement and development of digital marketing processes in India & in Asia-Pacific. Ensure uniform customer & brand experience on all communications channels. Work closely with other marketing functions in the Asia region (& globally) to optimize marketing & communications processes and content quality. Key Performance areas: Plan, implement and monitor online customer engagement programs through our marketing automation platform. Drive and develop activities on owned and shared digital channels. Develop & coordinate quality content for organic posts on social media in collaboration with our global social media team. Establish and track campaign objectives, KPIs and success metrics to evaluate effectiveness and overall performance in India; report and document activities for the Asia team & adjust future tactics and campaigns as needed. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to build alignment & support for integrated campaigns & digital marketing. Stay on top of trends within the area of digital marketing. Function as a peer, advisor, & expert with the Asia-Pacific marketing team with regards to digital marketing. E-mail marketing (for product launches, nurture campaigns, event programs) Local SEO optimization & basic data analytics Website updates & localizations that relate to local market activities. Local Marketing Communications budget & cost control. Plan external targeted product launches for different industry segments, persona types, direct or distribution customers. Drive activities in close co-operation with product management & sales. Evaluate & share results. Take corrective actions, when necessary. Plan & co-ordinate internal product trainings to all stakeholders, incl. channel partners. Plan & drive digital marketing communications incl. E-News, external webinars, update website content & social media channels. Plan & drive physical external events, open houses, & joint events with industry partners. Manage marketing print materials & giveaway’s (global or domestic source) including budget & cost control, stock levels & materials distribution. Knowledge & experience with digital marketing management & best practices with professional digital marketing tools/platforms like Act-On, Google ads, SEO, Google Analytics. Exposure to modern Marketing automation, lead generation & cust. journey concepts. Good organizational skills & ability to prioritize & adapt in response to a dynamic environment & comprehensive local/regional & potential global teamwork. Collaborator: ability to work within a cross-border marketing team & other departments Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, trends, and best practices Language skills, very good command of English, both written & verbal. Effective communication skills: the ability speak clearly, patiently, and be highly understandable to an audience of non-native English speakers, stakeholders or colleagues. The desire to share, support & develop co-workers and colleagues. Patient, pragmatic personality and good inter-personal communications skills. The ability to confidently present to internal & external audiences. Working knowledge with Adobe Creative suite applications. Photoshop, InDesign & Acrobat. Curiosity & strong interest in mechanical, technical things & the mechanized production industries in general. Interest & ability to comprehend technical, machining & mnfg. concepts.
