Développement Appli pour Teams-Pipedrive

Bonjour,

Nous utilisons Pipedrive pour CRM et MS Teams pour la téléphonie. Nous souhaitons réaliser un interface "invisible" pour connecter les 2 outils.

Lorsqu'un client appel, la fiche Pipedrive s'ouvre automatiquement

Lorsqu'un client est créé sur Pipedrive, le contact est créé sous Teams
