Someone that is an expert at attaching files to email and speaking professionally on the phone. Someone with references and that can follow directions. I need a quick-study and energetic assistant. Should be able to make a few business calls, attach my files, and follow-up with a phone call to the contact person. Make a report of who the file when to, what the response was and who they followed-up with and the date and time that was done. Someone who speak English well and can communicate well.
