simple cartoon stick figure animated video

Looking to have a gag video created for a sales meeting. Can be simple stick figures, possibly with with name tags. Audio not necessary. 15 seconds long is plenty. Basic video shows 4 guys in a coffee shop, three sitting, one standing. The guy standing up chugs down a drink, than a few seconds later, vomits the drink back up onto on of the other guys sitting at the table. This scenario actually happened, and this video will be shown at the national sales meeting as 'surveillance video' from the coffee shop prior to giving out an award to the person who threw up. . Should be delivered in a wmv or mp4 format. I can provide a basic script to the freelancer.
