I Need an Android App with Virtual Chroma

What do I need? 1. I need an android app which should have virtual chroma screen (Green & Black) in it. 2. Using this app, anybody should be able to shoot his video (front/back/selfie) with any background. But this app should shoot video in good HD quality green and Black chroma screen. How to proceed? 3.
