HD projector by VNC from various Android PCs

Up to 30 tablet (or more) computers (Android OS) are used within a closed wireless network in a school/conference room. For display a full HD projector is provided which is connected via HDMI to a media-player running on Android OS. The media-player is also connected to a WLAN router. An APP shall run on the tablet computers which will enable the user to connect to the media-player for displaying the screen of his computer via the projector. Every change in screen info should be displayed with shortest possible delay time over the vnc protocoll. As no info is needed in return a one way transmission to the projector is sufficient. Disconnecting from the media-player should be possible by the current user but also by connect-request from another tablet computer. Pressing the “CONNECT” button will immediately disconnect the current user and enable the connection to the media-player at any time. A clear identification which system computer is currently connected to the media-player has to be displayed permanently via the projector. In case of more than one media-player available within the network the last one used shall be offered first but all others stay selectable too. The systems should work the other way round as a normal vnc connections work. The vnc server can choos a vnc viewer (vnc client). We want the app and the source code.
