Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant is responsible for attending visitors, answering phone calls, taking accurate messages, mailing out envelopes and assisting with anything that may be asked. Candidate must be able to work efficiently, must have excellent communication skills, be extremely detail oriented, and able to perform bookkeeping skills. II. POSITION DETAILS Bookkeeping skills. Take and relay messages Greet persons entering office Direct persons to correct destination General administrative and clerical support Receive and sort mail and deliveries Tidy and maintain the reception area II.
