As per our StackExchange post: [login to view URL] We are using Magento 1.9.1 and are having issues with adding configurable products to shopping carts. When a user is logged out, they can add a configurable product to their shopping cart with no issues. However when a user is logged in, they get the message "Please specify the product's option(s)." despite having selected the options from the drop downs. One of the pages in question is: [login to view URL] I have been searching these forums as well as Magento forums for the last few hours to no avail. Is there anyone who could take pity on me and try and help out?! I have tried the fixes suggested on the following pages, but they didn't seem to work: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] There was talk about Shopping Cart Price Rules having an impact, I have disabled all of these, and still no joy. I have very limited skills in debugging errors like this, so any help would be gratefully received!
