I also want to be able to pull percent changes in Zestimates and Tax assessment values as well. I want to to press a button or run a macro or whatever is easiest for you. I do not want any errors to occur. Sometimes the zestimate value is unavailable,if it can not find what its looking for, i need it to search the property on the next line. I would like to hire someone to build a simple application that would allow me to input a list of addresses from excel and the app would scrape ALL data on Zillow pertaining to this address. The data output would be in excel format with individual columns for each piece of data. I have already had this program build once using perl language, but zillow recently changed the layout of the site, so that app no longer works. Maybe it would be possible to fix this existing program? I have attached examples of the input and output that app used to produce. Feel free to ask any questions. If the old perl application would help, I can send that exe file, but I believe there are a lot of supporting files on my system that I am not sure how to locate.

I want to build a real estate website that will pull data from multiple MLS's using a licensed broker's data feed (3-5 to start, but eventually will pull from hundreds of MLS's in various states) and compile that information into one searchable database. Functionality similar to Zillow, Trulia, , Remax, KW, etc. Must be able to handle duplicate listings across various MLS's and show only as one listing.
