Looking for someone who is familiar with Point2Agent real estate websites to redesign my website

I need front end (CSS,HTML) work to customize and apply a theme for point2. It would be a legacy type of design (no need for responsive templates). We would be supplying completed PSD files. In other words the design has been already completed but we need to implement it into point2. Able to design a flash website through the point2agent platform and have helpful creative ideas. it needs to be very upscale looking and easy to find sections.

I subscribed to a website with Point2Agent real estate. The site is basic and everything needs to be customized. I need someone that has had experience with Point2Agent websites. Customization would include adding social media widgets, changing headers, content placement will not be much adding pages as I have a WordPress site that I link to for additional content. This is a straight forward job. The job is posting real estate ads to websites such as point2agent, postlests, backpage and craigslist. In summary, the primary goals of the website will be to capture leads for my real estate deals and to generate income from targeted affiliate marketing. A good model website is although that may be a few projects (phases) away. One of the things that I do not like about my point2agent subscription is that I would have to pay $120/mth just to add affiliates to my website.
