J'exécute plusieurs rapports une fois par mois. J'ai besoin de les filtrer et de les ordonner pour présenter les résultats. Je fais la plupart de ces tâches manuellement. Les fichiers de base sont des .csv et je les télécharge manuellement depuis certains outils bureautiques. (Autotask, LogicMonitor, Webex) J'aurais donc besoin d'aide pour créer un modèle (template) dans lequel je pourrais télécharger les rapports de base, puis exécuter une sorte de macro ou d'automatisation pour obtenir les résultats souhaités.
