Bonjour,
Nous avons un souci de script au sein de notre entreprise et nous n'arrivons pas à résoudre le problème.
En effet, nous utilisons un script/action ".sequ" qui permet de choisir un ou plusieurs fichiers Illustrator, puis recadrer les documents, puis mettre le nom du fichier
source en bas à gauche du fichier final qui s'exportera en PNG ou JPG.
Depuis la version 22 d'Acrobat, il n'est plus possible d'utiliser des Illustrator, seuls les PDF sont possibles, et depuis quelques semaines, Acrobat plante en utilisant le script.
Pas de code d'erreur. Quand on a quelque chose, on a juste ceci : "Une erreur est survenue lors de la tentative d'écriture dans le fichier. Il se peut que l'espace disque soit insuffisant." Il
va de soit
que l’espace disque est suffisant à chaque tentative.
On a tenté une mise à jour d’Adobe, on a demandé un support côté Adobe mais le problème vient des scripts.
Est-ce que quelqu’un pourrait nous aider à trouver une solution ?
