We own several .cn website, which are registered via , cesky service sucks but we need to be able to: setup email to point to QQ-exmail, DNS to point to aliyun CHina server, ... (for ex. Transfer my whole website content including SSL from lunarpages to inmotion

I have a lot of individual websites (Add-ons) on a Lunarpages shared host that I want to move to a Lunarpages Reseller account. I have tried zillions of different ways to use Duplicator and other plugins. Duplicator almost works, I have lots of chats with Support about Duplicator, but just can't get it to work. I'm a newbie and just can't understand the process, but fairly experienced in web design. This would be 10 minutes for someone who understands Duplicator, BUT WARNING. Lunarpages is not a Duplicator-recommended host, so if you only know how to use Duplicator for BlueHost and easy hosts, this isn't for you. This is for someone who truly understands FTP, not just the Duplicator plugin.

I have recently upgraded my hosting with Lunarpages to include the SecureLive security sytem. Ever since then the back end of my website, the CMS side of things are not compatible in some parts. The section that I've identified to not be compatible is when I try to edit pages such as terms and conditions, office address, etc, securelive blocks my attempt to edit these contents.
