Ahora estamos desarrollando una app movil, que tendra que acceder a esos datos (la misma base de datos postgresql que esta en la pc local) y tambien va a poder modificarlos. Creo que la mejor opcion en este caso es hacer una replicacion maestro-maestro de la bd postgres en el servidor web y que ambos (local y web) se mantengan sincronizados, teniendo exactamente los mismos datos en todo momento (si la app movil modifica un campo en la bd del servidor web, se tiene que modificar tambien en la bd de la pc local, y viceversa)
