Embedded System and Software Engineer

I'm a Computer Science and Engineering student at the Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET). Furthermore, I am a competitive programmer and a freelancer. Working with Arduino and embedded systems is something I'm passionate about. A mechanical ventilator project launched my career in this industry. Following that, I worked on several Arduino, ESP8266, and ESP32 projects. I've worked with Arduino-based systems for two years. I have completed a number of megaprojects, including an automatic Ambu bag-based medical ventilator, a bee-hive monitoring and controlling system, a CPAP-BiPAP ventilator, an environmental pollution monitoring system, an IoT-based soil moisture monitoring and controlling system, and an IoT-based dog tracking system, to name a few. Apart from that, I can create Android and Web applications. I've previously worked on Android apps like Bluetooth-based ventilator monitoring and control, BLE-based distance measurement systems, WiFi-based home automation apps, and web apps like IoT-based dog tracker projects, among plenty of others. I've worked with Android apps using Java and Flutter before. I'm currently working on machine learning with TensorFlow.

This is an ESP-01-based IoT dog tracker project. This tracker keeps an eye on the dog with a neo-6m GPS module and a sim800l module. The module sends GPS coordinates to the server, and the server creates the map pointer from the coordinates using the Google Maps API.

This Android app searches for specific Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices and calculates their distance from their RSSI values. According to the closest BLE device, the graph at the top changes. When the BLE device is within the specified range, it displays colored bars. This app measured an HM-10 BLE module in the picture.

The project is an Arduino Mega-based beehive monitoring system. A load cell with a hx711 amplifier is used to measure the beehive's weight continuously. Additionally, the temperature and humidity of the beehive are computed using a DHT11 sensor. An SD card module is used to store sensor and loadcell calibration data. A PIR sensor and a Neo-6m GPS module are used for anti-theft protection. In addition, when motion is detected, a Sim 800L module is used to send an alert. The Sim module sends an update of the beehive periodically by SMS alert. It also responds to specific SMS keywords from a particular phone number when any data is requested. In addition, an HC-05 Bluetooth module can communicate with an Android app to calibrate the loadcell and sensor data.

This is the Toxic gas sensing Module, one of the four-modules for the safety of garments workers. It has two microcontroller units. One is Arduino, which is driving six different MQ gas sensors and CCS811 CO2 sensors and getting gas values in ppm (parts per millions). Besides it is sending all sensor data in JSON format to the ESP-32, the second microcontroller unit.

ESP-32 is driving a display and a buzzer. Besides, it is sending data to the main module via Wifi by creating a mesh network. The buzzer alerts when CO2, tVOC (total volatile organic compound), CH4, LPG or CO level increases to the toxic level. There is also a push switch to snooze the alarm for a few minutes.

I designed the whole module and made the PCB in Proteus and programmed all the microcontrollers in C++ in Arduino IDE.
Toxic gas sensing Module
This is the main module of a larger project. The project contains other 4 modules; Fire Alert Module, Work environment module, Toxic gas module, and Electricity Module. All of them are connected to each other by a mesh network.
The main module contains an Arduino Mega board for controlling and two-node MCU. One of the nodes is esp32 and another one is esp8266x. The esp32 board communicates with other small modules via WiFi by creating a Mesh network. Besides the esp8266x modules communicates with the internet and uploads all the data to google firebase. Besides, there is a Sim 900A module to send a text message when an alarm triggers. All the data are shown in a 3.5-inch TFT LCD display. A speaker outputs the alarms triggered which speaks out the specific alarm.
I designed the whole system, made the PCB in Proteus, and build it in a single layer PCB board. Besides programming in C++ by Arduino IDE was the fun part of the project.

During the corona outbreak or any situation of casualties, artificial breathing support might be necessary to the affected patients. Arduino mega is used as the main control board. Four control parameters like BPM, I: E ratio, Volume, and Pressure can be set by the keypad of the ventilator manually, and also it can be possible remotely by mobile application.
