Zoho, XERO and website integration for membership organisation

This is an integration project to manage a membership database and subscriptions:

1. Importation of all existing company Clients, Friends, and Members (6000 records)

2. Create filtering for each office (9 offices) and permissions so that each office can only see their own

clients / friends / members and management can identify at a glance which office a person

belongs to

3. Create an individual record / contact page for every existing company Friend, Member and

Client

4. Implement an API between XERO and company Zoho CRM for individual member payments

reporting via Zapier (see below for charges)

5. Setup XERO to accept credit card, debit card and direct debit payments

6. Create the facility to report on the financial status of members, paid, due to pay and

overdue

7. Create email facility to remind members of upcoming or overdue membership fees

8. Customise Zoho Events functionality to accommodate individual company events and

coordinate attendance and rsvps

9. Create “Web to Lead” forms on the company website which feed all online enquiries directly

into the CRM

10. Create customised automated reply emails to go to clients / friends / members as required

11. Create workflow rules for clients / friends / members as per company current work rules

12. Create multi user approvals for member resumes so that members details / qualifications

can be viewed and approved by authorised managers

13. Create reporting functionality on clients / friends / members
