New Simple Website Re-design Required - URGENTLY - W3C standards

I removed the CMS from my other agency [login to view URL] and that site is now in pure html and much easier for me to work with my SEO. I want to do the same with secretsofmanchester.com. The job would be simple... Build a static version of [login to view URL] in html/css. You could take any images and graphics you wanted from the existing design or make new ones. I am not too fussed about how the site looks as long as it looks clean and tidy. I want the code of the site to be to w3c standards and validated as it better for the SEO. The site already ranks very highly in the search engines so i would want the SEO of the index page followed exactly or made better. I am really not to fussed how the site looks. lets face it it cant look any worse then it does now. I just want something in html/css to W3C standards with the exact same info that's on the current site now and the girls from [login to view URL] added to the portfolio.
