202670 Tech feed clone

Looking for a clone of the algorithm/functionality of techmeme, wesmirch, etc. Should search and pull headlines and URLS in real time from media sites and blogs (both well known and lesser known sites). Should automatically post the 1st headline, followed by no more than the first 50 words of the article. Links to other sites that carry that particular story should be indexed below. I have a list of sites that should continually be crawled, but it is up to you to make it work so the program is continually checking other sites not on the list. Once selected, I'll give you the genre and the list of sites. Any custom code created for this project is owned by me. (This doesn't have to be done XML, it can be done however it works.)
