Repair form and small tweaks to Wordpres website - repost

Please change the email addresses on all submitted forms Make the rates in the rates chart a different color (orange/green etc) please have the colors of each line go dark, light, dark, light - so that it is easier to read. existing is old looking and makes the entire site that looks good look outdated.   Please ensure there is a separate named thank-you page (eg thank-you1, thank-you2, thank-you3) for each completed form submission ( so that I can track the conversions as I do now) ---right now there is only one for the  QUICK QUOTE  page /thank-you-for-contacting-me/ FORMS ( NONE OF THEM WORK CORRECTLY -) Please test to ensure they function properly   QUICK QUOTE Highlighted fields stay highlighted when client enters info (please fix) once entered correctly, return to white - they still remain green when correct REFINANCE FORM Errors do not tell you what is filled out incorrectly ( please specify) - the form just tells you to complete all green highlighted fields – please make message say what us filled out incorrectly. Fields remain green ( client doesn't know what is not filled out) - please turn correctly filled fields WHITE APPLY NOW Fields remain green once filled out. They should turn white once completed Does not specify what field is filled out incorrectly Phone number can be filled out with letters example: xxx-xxx-xxxx - please make only numbers mandatory on phone # fields   CONTACT US FORM All fields remain green when correct.
