Premium Wordpress theme customized plus tutorial

I have a premium wordpress theme installed and running but need help with customizing it with my content. I would like someone to customize the site per my instructions and teach me how to edit it as needed. The theme is very highly rated and comes with help files and instructions. This should be a very simple project for someone with wordpress experience and require very little time, I just don't have the time to mess with it myself. The customizations consist of only six or seven things, mainly just changing text and taking out or adding icons, buttons etc. No coding, no building from scratch, just replacing and rearranging things. Then I would like you to provide detailed instructions for how to edit the site as needed from the wordpress dashboard. I also have two other sites to be built/customized as soon as this one is finished.
