Multitask VA with events experience

We are currently looking for a multitask virtual assistant who can help us on the following: Website Update (Wordpress) - Events speakers info to be uploaded/updated into WP site (text and image will be provided) - Related article to be posted each week for every upcoming events (link will be provided, need to copy/paste with image) Event Planning - Research possible speakers on certain business topics (mainly using Linkedin and Google for other events speakers) - Coordinate with local chambers, associations and magazines (mainly Manila, Jakarta, Bangkok) for possible media/marketing partnership - Post event information on local media sites e.g. local magazines, industry websites, classifieds - All results such venue, speakers, delegates, partners, media, marketing compiled into one excel file Banner creation (using BannerSnack, twice a week) - Banners to be created for Linkedin/Messaging Apps and Emails (two sizes) - Draft banner to be sent by email for review - After approval, banner to be uploaded into website - Final banner URL link to be provided Email/Newsletter (using Frontpage or other HTML editor, twice a week) - Updating existing email template with new introduction paragraph (to be written) - Final email/newsletter HTML to be approved, revisions might be needed - Setting up autoresponders - triggers messages Social Media (daily) - Visual content like special banner to be published on Linkedin - Items to be promoted include sites, articles and events each day (using Buffer) - Links and opening text will be provided but need to rotate Let me know what you can provide.
