Hi, my name is Matej, web and mobile developer and part time freelancer from Croatia. Currently finishing my master thesis and working for one company from Zagreb. I've experience connecting Salesforce CRM with WooCommerce webshops (runs on Wordpress). Your project sounds interesting to me and I think I could provide You high quality and well documented custom Wordpress plugin. So, You would like to have form (for which you provided image) which, on submit, creates new Lead object in Salesforce and fills it with given data, right? We have Wordpress plugin Wordpress CRM to Salesforce Leads which is quite nice but it doesn't work well with custom fields in Leads object which, if I can quess, You should have. If not, this project can be done in couple of hours. But if you do have custom fields, I would need to do custom form (responsive as You mentioned) and send the data to Your SF. Also, I would propose to use REST API because I have negative experience with SOAP Salesforce API because of the lack of support for oAuth which makes whole integration quite insecure. And this amount of hours is just my current estimation of time, after we agree on every detail I'll update my bid. Kind regards, Matej
