Setup Hosting company infrastructure from scratch

Hi everybody, I have a software development company and we´re considering offer web hosting services to our clients. We use digital ocean to host our websites and we´re happy with their service. And they allow us to resell their hosting. So, I need someone who can set up an infrastructure for a hosting company using digitalocean servers. Keep in mind these parameters: 1- We´ll host wordpress sites (we´ll use the LAMP stack) 2- We´ll use cpanel with softaculous 3- We need an automated system for account sign up 4- The whole network must be secured with professional standards 5- We will provide shared hosting. We need to set up servers in a way that a user can´t access other users data. 6- We need the servers to handle huge amounts of traffic. So, I think we would need varnish, opc cache, and anything else you recommend. 7- We´ll need a knowledbase and a tickets system, which we can create by ourselves. 8- We´ll need an automated billing system. We can create this, but I´m open to suggestions if you know an existing tool. 9- We want to offer VPS also. Using the same infrastructure, but hosting just 1 account on a digitalocean´s droplet. 10- In general, everything has to be automated, the digitalocean´s droplet setup, etc. 11- You need to know very well the digitalocean APIs. After these, I think you have a clear idea of what we need. We´re not experts on this. I need an expert who can recommend us the best server set up, tools, and everything we need. And that person must be able to install and set up everything. If everything goes well, we could provide constant work for this person for the maintenance of the network.
