I would like to hire a Website Designer

Hi, I'm looking for assistance with designing my website; I've signed up to wix and although it's relatively straight forward I'm not sure what's best with regards to design/what image(s) to use to attract a gender neutral clientelle... I want to come across professional/sleek but also have a bit of my personality in there. I had some technical hitches so the website is published but I've locked it with a password so I believe the domain isn't accessible through google yet. My business is a virtual assistant enterprise, where I'll be offering personal assistant services virtually, services such as event co-ordination, diary management, travel management etc. I need someone to be able to build my website, recommend images to use, perhaps alter the content to be able to appeal to my clientele etc. My target audience is entrepreneurs, small businesses and start ups. I'm also thinking about using an explainer video of about 30 seconds as I've heard these can be quite useful in attracting potential clients. Looking to launch the website at the beginning of December. Obviously the video might take a little longer but can be added on at a later date if this is something I definitely want to go for.
