I would like to hire a Web Developer

I basically want to have a site where its a one-pager, and the whole thing is just theres a header at the top, a footer, and then the middle and majority of the screen is just a non-stop playlist of music videos (all relating to 80s music). I can find every type of wordpress theme out there but none of them either let there be a video playing on the whole page/constantly or is only music, if that makes sense. It would be all music videos, and it would take up almost the whole screen like a video background, it would be a video playlist that i upload and the videos wouldnt stop unless they pause and it would start automatically when they enter the site. I'd want it to randomize the playlist each time. The playlist will be linked to a youtube playlist that I have created. I have attached the logo files to give you a sense of what the colors should be. But, it's basically one page. A header with our logo, the video in the middle taking up 90% of the screen, and then a footer with our twitter and email, something like that.
