Hi I need a site creating which is very similar to a certain site called roots and rain . com its a site which sells pictures and lets freelancer photographers upload their images. The site also has results posted on the site which is linked to the uploaded photos. The photo's and results page will be linked by categories. Also the site will need a tagging of photos so people can tag people they know in the picture and help with the organising of the website usage. the site will to be uploaded to my web address. Also i would like the site to work on mobile and ipad, as i have recently noticed some websites dont change size to fit each web browser. please ensure you have looked at the site properly to confirm you can quote for the project appropriately. I want a good quality website which works efficiently and have the back end system for me to add results of races around the world and for freelance photographers to add their images when signing in.
