web application server on java

I run an automotive repair business and need to automate the following tasks. I need web application to be installed on linux to organize the jobs among the technicians, for example it will include the technicians names, customer info and phone vehicle info, remarks, jobs description, date in, date out, also simple reporting to know how the work flow among them on weekly basis. I need to web applications to write up repair orders as right now we use word templates (you can convert them in any format suits you) to fill them ( will provide) I need this web application to write the invoice based on specific template that we have for every job. (will provide) I need the invoice printed and saved as a pdf file in the system also the ability to download it. I need reporting tools for the jobs completed and pending and delivered. I need the web app written with java on vaadin frame work. with eclipse or netbeans Java with Vaadin plug-in. , and text + record voice message message sent when each vehicle is ready and reminder to sent every 1 days also invoice to be printed directly on the laser printer. I need it done using sms gate way like [login to view URL] you can recommend others if better. the web server Ubuntu64 app will be on connected to a raspberry pi or arduino/ethernet shied via serial link where this one only is connected online to the internet, also need to let the user be able to send sms and text(voice) through a panel ui also receive sms and save them on daily basis. optional : you can propose your own solution or you can build this web application on wordpress with existing plugins, or other solution or ideas will be also discussed and considered.
