Software Development to wordpress from excel good design

I have to excel spreadsheets with results one is based on comparing house prices by build methods so the data must be changeable based on size of the house and specifications and the other chart is done by map location so when some clicks on a location they are able to see all the information we have on that location on the spreadsheet and there are different tabs for different data sections. 1) Is a piece of software that will get by housing build prices on the web. 2) system that is available to display the information from the spreadsheet based on chonsed location. Both of these are bespoke jobs and I am looking for an expert who will be able to use the right technology and systems to get this information from those spreadsheets on to my website in a searchable form. I am only looking for people with proven examples how they have done similiar work before and show a strong understand of the solution in there proposal. Must be able to get these into a word press type site with no limitation on look or performance.
