Fix up Webpage

Hi There, I am wanting a navigation menu like the one at [login to view URL] except to have the writing in a green to match the snake. And a banner in a similar position on my page like the one at ugmonk. Even if some other images are added into the banner so that I can change them later when I am given the images that we are going to use. Also to fix up my text alignment issues and I would like the main table width to be fixed if it isn't already. I am not sure of the term off the top of my head but I wanted my page to have main column down the middle which can be viewed in most browsers I would also like the background to remain still while the whole centre box scrolls down. Also looking for suggestions to improve the look of the header logo banner It's at [login to view URL]
