Animated & Interactive Infographic Page

We're looking to create an interactive online library of resources for the visitors of our website. The resources will mainly be HR related PDF documents, templates etc. For that purpose, we're looking to have an interactive infographic type page created that looks like a library. Please refer to the attached link for an approximate example. [login to view URL] While, the given example only shows one shelf of books, we require ours to look like a whole library, with a couple of shelves. Once a visitor clicks on one of the shelves, the view moves to that shelf which then looks like as in the link provided. The size of the whole library should be bigger than the full screen size enabling people to scroll around using mouse or touch screen. The library should look like a library and should have other items as well except the shelves i.e. table, chairs, people etc.
