Responsive html5/css3 single page and wp theme. job for "shuvrapan"

Hi Every One, I am looking to convert the attached PSD to a responsive html5/css3 single page. Different sections of the page should be coded such that deleting one section from page don't affect the other section (i.e header, footer, central content section, left and right side bars (if any) should be programmed independently) A wp theme should be developed to match the PSD for our blog. blog should also be responsive. I have max time for this is 2 days from the time of awarding the project. Regards Hamayun Khan
