convert site to wordpress very simple

This is a straight forward job. I have an existing simple website with about 5 pages... I need it made to a wordpress site. I have wordpress 3.1 installed on cpanel. I want the wp 3 menusystem bar pop in at top. Site is like 5 simple pages. Setup also contact form. the layout of this site is really simple. It is a square Logo/header at the top the background is black and I want the text to is black on white..... or whatever looks good. you obviously have to make it tidy. low budget job. its straight forward. It should take like about an hour. No graphic work to be done. I would expect bids to be near minimum. ========================== Dont PMB me a ton of deadlinks of sites you claim you have done that are of no relevance to this project. It is annoying and stupid to get these sort of dumb emails. Send me 2 or 3 that apply to this project, make sure they work and state how they apply Terms my site will not appear on any portfolio or other site. your site links will not appear anywhere on my site
