User based Website/Software with a website/app front end

I am looking for a "COMPANY" to develop software with a website/mobile application front end that can do the following: 1. Create user (A) accounts that are viewable by user (B) and (C) accounts 2. Create accounts for user (B) that can view user (A) accounts 3. Create accounts for user (C) that can view user (B) and user (A) accounts I would like to begin with creating the following first pages with a link into a back end database so we can test the features against dummy accounts: a. Homepage: 1) First button (A) - Will be the register user (A) button/link 2) Second button (B) - Will be the register user (B) button/link 3) Third Button (C) - Will be the register user (C) button/link 4) Fourth button (D) - Will be the Log-In button/link (with an option to skip this page in future) 5) Fifth Section (E) - This section is not a button and just for copyright information b. User A Registration: 1) A1 - Registration Window -First Name -Surname -Gender -Email Address -Date of Birth -City -Country 2) A2 - Log-In with Facebook 3) A3 - Log-In with Twitter/Instagram??? 4) A4 - Contact Us button/link (along the bottom, should be a slide up small window rather than changing to an entirely new page) 5) A5 - FAQ button button/link) 6) A6 - Help/Tutorial Videos button/link (eventually this link will go to another page with tutorial videos about how to use our editing tools etc) 7) A7 - Introduction button/link (eventually this link will take us to another page that has a more concise animated video about our website/product and then have a written explanation) 8) A8 - Features button/link (eventually this link will take us to another page which will be like a funky glossary with the "catchy" names we give each of our features and a brief explanation as to what the feature does) 9) A9 - Partners (eventually this link will show a pop window with our partners or featured companies using the service, alternatively we could make this an about us section its up to the group really) c.
