Currently seeking to update existing website from a static html environment to a more dynamic content based environment (joomla etc.) Current developer is holding most of the artwork and charging for minor updates etc, so the new developer would need to mine the existing artwork etc. and use in the re-design. We have login availability with hosting provider to access the existing website folders and content. Reason for change: Cannot update internally and costing time and money to do externally as it is controlled by a developer.
