Wordpress Theme & Plugin Modification - Real Estate Website

Dear Freelancer, for a new realestate website I require someone to modify and customize the following theme from themeforest: [login to view URL] I will provide the theme and don´t need it anymore. Following tasks and changes have to be done: - Logo (will be provided) needs to be implemented and adjusted - Setting up the menu bar with the following categories: Home, Browse by (like on the demo on themeforest! + possibility to by "by public transportation" method [BTS, MRT, AIRPORT LINK - with the exact station names]), News, Contact Us, FAQ (Q&A will be provided - ask for these!), List your property (two different ones, english & thai - the information will be provided as well as the translation in Thai) - For the "Contact Us" and the "List your property" page a contact form needs to be created (for the second with possibility to upload pictures) - The search function needs to be adjusted/modified: Locations, prices, Types, ID, etc. - In the listings for each property, a second "description" field with facilities of the unit and the building has to be implemented (table form, icons if possible - at the backend this should be changeable easily with checkboxes!) - In the listings for each property, a third description fiels has to be added with transportation possibilities nearby - like above addable in the backend via checkbox - the icons of each transportation are provided (a screenshot [login to view URL] is attached to make it "clearer" - pls ask if you don´t understand) - The search results need to show the available BTS / MRT / Airport Link Stations of the listing - google maps feature has to work with Bangkok Adresses I´m available for every open questions and suggestions. Please provide samples if you have done similar work in the past.
