I have a created a large excel spreadsheet that I would like to turn into a database. I would like to use this on a website to help employers conduct employee evaluations. I could send you what I have so you could give me a quote. I could set up the WordPress site but would need your assistance to Web enable the front end. Additionally I would need to ensure security is enabled so someone cannot scrape my site, secondly security would need to be set up so I could offer a free version and a pro version. It doesn't need to be wordpress. It's just that it's what I've normally worked with. If you could provide an option, I am open to it. Concept: The domain name I have for it is EzEvals.com. I'm just trying to provide small to medium businesses, non-profit, and gov supervisors an easy way for them to provide employee evaluations. At the end it provides auto-generated coaching / mentoring materials. Step 1. Sign up process Step 2. Identify Core Competencies to rate employee on Step 3. Recommendations: Tie the Core Competencies to "Coaching Points"; each core competency brings calls back top selections from Amazon.com. These can be ordered through my online Amazon business. Step 5. Evaluation can then be saved to the individuals local computer Registration is required for both versions: A. Free version (that is what I provided to you) - Limited number of core competencies - Limited number of qualitative statements - Coaching opportunities - Completed evals that can be printed and saved - Unable to save to the online {your company} area. B. Pro-version (same exact material but TONS) more material. Ability to sign companies up, but evals can only be seen by employee, supervisor, or designated HR person. Ability to save draft versions Ability to digitally sign (How would this be done?)
