I need a site in wordpress (with some plugins and modifications). This site will be in the topic of HOLIDAYS in all over the world. Also it will be connected with a big international agency in affiliate way for hotel reservations. Site must be compliant with all browsers, All copyright materials must be submitted to me at the end of project and must maintain our privacy. The winner bidder should be expert and have a professional knowledge of internet marketing, seo, etch… He must deliver all of the steps (bellow) between 5-7 months (until 31/12/2012). He must use ONLY white hat tactics and in NOWAY grey or black tactics. If something like that happenes I will notice that and the agreement will STOP immediately. All the payment will be splited in 10 milestones (pay by result). Please notice that your bid will not be considered if you put milestones in advance. Also the full payment agreement should not be in less than 5 month (150 days) oriented on your bid. The milestones are bellow. The steps are not necessary to be completed in that order, but before every milestone releasing the result should come with proofs from your side and it will be strictly crosschecked, by me and my partners here. The content you will deliver should be original, unique with high quality use of English language, with good quality of photo each one, and has to pass copyscape each one in order to be accepted. 10 milestones 1) 5% of the bid by: Completing the research about the domain names (3 domain – the main domain should be in .com and the other 2 will be used for subdomains) the keyword analysis (for seo and for the articles) 2) 10% of the bid by: Buying the 3 domain, the hosting account (buy and setup), pick the right template for WP, setup the WP with the whole menu, categories and pages. 3) 10% of the bid by: Connecting the google analytics account, the google adsense account, setup the facebook and twitter account, connect the facebook and twitter plugin to the site, setup the app in order to auto post the content in facebook and twitter each time something is posted in site, deliver 150 articles (50 for festivals all over the world and 100 for travel destinations all over the world), Yearly Yahoo Directory submission complete (consider the cost – 299 usd in your’s bid) 4) 10% of the bid by: Reaching google adsence earnings up to 5$/day, When you submit the website to 300 search engine friendly directories globally – MANUALLY, when you submit the articles to 500 search engine friendly directories globally – MANUALLY, when you submit social bookmarking to 100 search engine friendly social bookmarking sites – MANUALLY 5) 10% of the bid by Reaching google adsence earnings up to 10$/day, When you submit the website to another 300 search engine friendly directories globally – MANUALLY, when you submit the articles to another 500 search engine friendly directories globally – Manually, when you submit social bookmarking to another 100 search engine friendly social bookmarking sites – MANUALY 6) 10% of the bid by: Reaching page rank 2 from google and stabiles to 1.600 unique visits per day for a week 7) 10% of the bid by: Reaching page rank 3 from google, and stabiles to 3.300 unique visits per day for a week 8) 10% of the bid by: Stabiles under 300.000 in alexa traffic rank (globally) for a week 9) 10% of the bid by: Providing me with another 250 articles ( 100 for festivals all over the world and 150 for travel destinations all over the world) 10) 15% of the bid by: Stabiles to 5.000 unique visits per day for 15 days.
