Website Redesign (Experienced designers only)

------------ - What do I want ? ------------ I am looking for an experienced high quality website designer. I would like this person to be reliable, and keep to time with work, as well as offering really unique creative designs at affordable credit crunch prices. This is not a 'one job, see ya' proposition. Our website requires redesign work every 2 months, with major design overall / upgrades done every 12 months... as well as season promotions ...etc ------------ - Why am i here ? ------------ You might be thinking now 'What about your old designer ? Why is this guy not using him ? What happened with their relationship for him to now come on get a freelancer? ' Well the answer is that our old designer (from Poland) has recently had a baby so he's taking some time apart to look after his new family member, which I fully support. ------------ - What skill sets do I need ? ------------ Basically you need to be VERY good with almost all adobe applications. - You need to be so good your producting really cutting edge unique design work with a good understanding of user interface design. ------------ - What about pay? ------------ Once we have established a relationship payment can be made either via paypal, or for larger amounts, direct bank transfer if you wish. ------------ - Are you interested ? ------------ Stop. Please make sure you meet the following criteria: 1) You have skype (and your on it regularly), a microphone - and know how to use it. 2) Double check, are you reliable ? can you keep good times with work ? 3) Can you produce unique exceptional quality work ?
