Redesign website contest

This is a design contest. I want 2 design, one for the homepage one for the header/footer off every page, see detail below. You sumit your design files (gif or jpeg) through the PM. winner 200$, second 100$, third 50$ forth 50$ The winning desing will be posted for to every body that participate. Submiting your file means you agree on this. the winners will be chosen on the 1st of december 1) upgrade the home page design/look of [login to view URL] that can be found on [login to view URL] -the hole design (ounce its in html, including image) have to be less then 30k. so no big details picture or complicated stuff. -the page should be viewable in a 600x800 screen and more without making it look bad in any type of resolution. -the color #000066 and #ff9530 should be kept and dominant (all our office and paper work is that way) -the logo should not be modified to mutch (We want to keep all the compagny paper work with it) -I want a horizontal nav bar that can be simmilar to the old one we have inside the site (see [login to view URL]) -I want a categories menu like the one in the included files [login to view URL] -CSS welcomed 2) upgrade the header/footer of every page of the site only the header/footer can be found on [login to view URL] -all the same rules we have up there -the new heater/footer should match the web site dynamic content that you can see browsing the site
