New Website Site Design Needed! For Only the Best Designers!

Greetings Freelancers, I have a new project for my website: [login to view URL] It is a web design company. The text has already been written for the website. All I need is a design to incorporate. I would like to keep my logo the same, unless you have a better idea for the logo. Please give me your thoughts. For an example of similar website I like please look at: [login to view URL] If you take a look at the above website carefully the banner underneath the links changes for every section (color wise- The logo at the top changes as well). Every page with in the section stays the same color. I really like this aspect. This is something that I would like to incorporate. I would also like to have one Order now page similar to the one above. I would like a portfolio that will allow me to easily add and delete content. I would like a testimonial section as well that will enable me to do the same. We can use the same link set up as my current website unless you find a better way to convey the information. As you can see this website is very basic. I am looking for a very modern design that will attract visitors to my website that is very easy to update. I need a template system incorporated into the design as well. Once again, I am only willing to work with the best designers. If you are looking to make some money with out putting in any effort please do not bid on this project.
