Frelance Web Designer

Looking for a freelance web designer who does web design as their main job. I am open to using people outside the US, but you must have a nice portfolio of creative items. I own a web design and development company and have anywhere from 4-12 projects a month. We need concepts/mock drafts of clients homepage within 1-2 days of getting scope documents. For you to be considered you must: 1) Freelance full-time 2) Be Dependable 3) Available via Skype, g-chat, email, phone. 4) Html/Css not required, but considered a plus 5) Print Media Design (business card, to go menus, letterhead) not required, but considered a plug 6) Logo design/illustration - mega plus, but not required. Please put your hourly rate/project rate for a 3 page design website. If you do html/css then include that. All of our sites are integrated with WordPress and I have my own developer for that so no reason for that. In your PM please include your 5 best works - no more no less.
