Eccomerce website for a premium range of pure health supplem

Hello all, I am looking to have an e commerce site built to sell my range of pure supplements online. I also will want a logo made for the site, 'REALNUTRITION DIRECT' though I may be getting this done somewhere else already. The current logo I have is pretty average. We have an ebay store which can be seen at the link below which should give a good idea of what the site should look like. [login to view URL] I want the website to be an all in one website. No separate store. The shopping cart is to be embedded into the site. Paypal will be the only method of payment needed. I have the domain and hosting ready. I want a cart solution that will be easy for myself to add new products in the future, I will take suggestions when we are at that point. I have heard decent things about joomla/virtuemart. We currently have thirteen different products, see ebay store. All of them have write ups, images all ready to go, this should help decide the overall look and feel of the site quite easily. We have all page information ready, Company Info, Order info, Contact details etc. I want the site to look very professional, commercial looking. I want the site to have a stylish, premium quality flair with a hint of sportiness. I have put some example links to company sites doing similar businesses to my own also. This one has a high quality look and feel, though I do not like the layout of the menu etc, I definitely feel a menu on the left side is essential.
