Add video to my website

I am using Jamit software ([login to view URL]) for my job board and would like a new look and add 2 new video features. Please note that you will be writing a plugin to work with the existing job board. Details below: 1- the Jamit software is powerful but the look is less than desirable. I did change the look (PM me for the website) but I'm still not happy with it, it is just plain and not professional. The change will be for: - the front page - internal pages (around 5) - the employer's section after login - the jobseeker's section 2- video interviews: I would like to add this feature to the website, basically, an employer can invite a candidate for a video interview and the employer should be able to set a date and time for it. An alert with a link would be directly sent to the jobseeker's email account from my website. On the date of the interview, the employer can just go to his/her profile on my site and click on a link to start the video session. The video session should be a 1-on-1 and they should be able to exchange text and messages during the session. It should be flash based as no download would be required and should offer the possiblity to show the candidate's resume during the call. The employer cannot start or schedule a video interview unless he/she has credit in his/her account. Otherwise he/she can be asked to buy more credits. I should be able to set the number of credits required for the interview. The employer should be able to record the video session and send a link to someone who can view it from my site. This functionallity is already implemented by this website: [login to view URL] 3- video resume: A jobseeker can create a video resume using a webcam and store it under his/her account on my site. He/she can then send a link to whom ever he/she wants to. You can get ideas about how this works from this website: 4- I will a small flash video describing how the technology works. There will be a link on the front page for this short video. You'll have to have solid experience with video streaming as this is not a simple website design, so prior work will be looked upon.
